No, it doesn't belong it in the judicial system. It belong on that rude, obnixious child's behind (and his parents for teaching him to disrespect people)!
My dad always told me he didn't care WHAT an an elderly person SAID or DID to me (within reason), I took it and went on.
Myabe I just expect too much...
